CREMES International provided support in the design, including determining sample sizes and developing data collection instruments, for the ” Final evaluation of the modified Beyond Bias model on the provision of unbiased care to adolescents and youths in 24 public health facilities of Mbeya and Songwe regions”.
CREMES International assisted in the design phase, including the calculation of sample sizes and the formulation of data gathering tools, for the endline evaluation of the “Ujana Wangu, Nguvu Yangu (translated as ‘My Youth, My Power)” Project in the Kigoma region of Tanzania.
A consultant from CREMES International was instrumental in designing the endline evaluation for the “Adolescent Girls Initiative (AGI) Best Practices Documentation” Project, which was implemented in the Shinyanga Region from 2013 to 2015. The consultancy work included the development of sample sizes and data collection instruments tailored to capture the significant outcomes and lessons learned from the AGI project, focusing on enhancing the well-being and empowerment of adolescent girls.
A senior consultant at CREMES International (previously CSK Research Solutions) contributed to the design of data collection tools for the mid-term evaluation of the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Component of the Integrated Landscape Conservation in Western Tanzania (LCWT) Project. The CREMES team also engaged in data collection across four districts in Kigoma and Katavi regions, managing data and composing the evaluation report.
CREMES International designed and assessed the Newborn Triage Checklist (NTC) intervention for GIZ in Tanzania. Our senior consultants developed the study protocol and all data collection tools, which the CREMES team used to collect and manage data, and also participated in writing the report. Furthermore, findings were disseminated to project implementers and government officials.
Senior consultants from CREMES International were integral to the team that planned the mid-term performance evaluation of the USAID-funded SBCC (Tulonge Afya) project, implemented by Family Health International (FHI360) across Tanzania. Our consultants collaborated with Population Council researchers in designing the evaluation and drafting and piloting the evaluation instruments.
A CREMES International consultant provided essential input to the end-line evaluation design of the USAID-funded RESPOND Tanzania Project (RTP), conducted by EngenderHealth from 2012-2017. The consultant’s expertise in Tanzanian health systems, specifically in family planning and reproductive health, significantly contributed to the evaluation methodology and tools.
Contracted by WaterAid Tanzania, CREMES International supported the development of a Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) toolkit. This project involved technical design input, drafting data collection tools, leading a stakeholders’ workshop, and conducting a WASH situation analysis in Babati district using the developed toolkit.
A CREMES International consultant was twice part of the Technical Review Panel for the Human Development Innovation Fund (HDIF) funding applications, providing technical assessments, and scoring. Additionally, the consultant offered support to applicants to develop full business plans in line with HDIF requirements.
