As a Tanzanian-based research firm that has thrived for over a decade in research and consulting, this expansion into Kenya is not merely a growth of our physical footprint. Erick Langi
Country Manager
Erick Mark Odhiambo Langi began his journey with CREMES International as a bright-eyed mentee in the mentorship program batch of 2023. His remarkable dedication and hard work saw him rise swiftly through the ranks, supporting research activities remotely in the Tanzanian office. His exceptional performance and leadership qualities earned him the privilege of becoming the first country manager for CREMES International in Kenya. In recognition of his efforts, he was awarded the title of EXCEPTIONAL MENTEE of the Year 2023 for spearheading the establishment of the CREMES International office in Kenya.
Erick is also a seasoned consultant in entrepreneurship and research. He excels in strengthening systems for organizations that promote entrepreneurship and business development. Additionally, he supports individuals and enterprises in the ideation and scaling up of business processes. Erick has extensive expertise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities, encompassing study design, data collection, data management, and report writing.
Erick holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Nairobi.
Lilian Odundo
Deputy Country Manager
Lilian Odundo is a highly skilled Research Consultant with over five years of experience in research and project management. She has demonstrated exceptional expertise across a range of esteemed organizations, including Care Kenya, Monilary Research and Innovation, PHIGA, Kenya Red Cross Society, Edrak Associates, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), Wageningen University and Research, and CFK Africa.
Lilian excels in designing and executing comprehensive research studies, transforming data into actionable insights, and ensuring ethical compliance. Her proficiency with tools such as SPSS, NVivo, Excel, Atlas.ti, MAXQDA, and R programming, coupled with her strong cross-cultural and project management skills, enables her to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Lilian’s commitment to excellence and her ability to lead impactful studies underscore her dedication to advancing market research and delivering valuable insights, making her a standout expert in her field.
Lilian has a Masters Degree in Epidemiology and Statistics from the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Nairobi.
